First Amendment Protects Freedom of:
-religion
-speech

-petition

The Tinker Standard:
The U.S. Supreme Court recognozes that the First Amendment protects on campus freedom of speech.

The Fraser Standard:
Schools have the right to censor things if they feel that it will be indecent.

The Frederick Standard:



The Hazelwood Standard:
Material may be censored if the speech goes against the curriculum in the school.
